UPDATE December 8, 2014  Unit 14B sold for $2.2mil and now 14G is pending is ready to close!  Fortunately #5F is on the market for $2.288Million  The F-floor plan is very popular with its view of Diamond Head.  This in addition to the stunning view out over the park to the ocean.  Also #32C is still on the market.  This is the highest floor that is available right now and has a stunning view out over the water. UPDATE: October 17, 2014:  The “B” floor plan at the Hokua is one of the most popular because it is large at almost 1800 sqft interior.  So, it is no surprise that unit 14B is now under contract.  Unit 15B with a list price of $2.48 million is the only “B” floor plan now on the market.  Also unit #32C is now listed for sale with an asking price of $2.588mil.  This is by far the highest floor that is available right now and should sell fairly quickly. UPDATE:  October 13, 2014 Unit 32F closed at $2.5 mil.  This nice unit on a high floor sold quickly in just a couple of weeks.  Unit 14G is also now on the market.  The G floor plan is rather popular because it is a large 2 bedroom and their are wrap around views from the ocean to the mountains.  If you want to see Diamond Head this is the place to be! Asking price is $2.35mil.  Finally 24A is one more closer step to recording!  So soon we will see what exactly the unit sold for! UPDATE:  September 25, 2014:  Currently several 3 bedroom units are available and three 2 bedroom units.  These are all some of the largest floor plans available in the Hokua.  With two a floor plans that have 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths.  These 2325 square foot units are priced starting at $3.1mil. UPDATE:  August 21, 2014.  It is all about the higher floor units.  Buyers are seeing that the higher floor units are priced better than the newly offered units at the Waiea.  Therefore 26E was purchased for $3.15 million.  It was an all cash transaction.  Unit 32F has a sale pending and 24A is under contract.  That leaves several units at the mid levels including A and B floor plans and then also unit 8G. UPDATE:  July 12, 2014. Hokua unit #32F is now available! A fantastic high floor, the popular ‘F” floor plan has a list price of $2.8mil! Come see this beautiful unit! Unit 8G has had a price reduction to $2,15 Mil.  This great ‘G” floor plan is now the lowest priced unit in the building!  Unit 26E has an accepted contract on it and is about to close.  Being on the market for only 2 weeks I suspect that it sold for near its asking price of $3.15 mil.  Hokua unit #34F had a price reduction to $2.68 mil.  This unit was originally a large 2 bedroom and has been converted to a luxuriously spacious one bedroom unit. UPDATE:  June 23, 2014.  Unit 8G is for sale and is now the only ‘G’ unit available.  With an asking price of $2.25 million, it is a wonderfully spacious unit and has wrap around views.  It is also on the cooler side of the building.  Unit 34F is also for sale.  Unit 34F with a list price of $2.88mil has been converted into a spacious 1 bedroom unit.  Also some additional designer touches have been added to really update this unit and that make it something truly unique.  It is a ‘must see’! Also, 5C and 6C also sold for $1.68 mil and $1.175 mil respectively.  Despite being on low floors these both have ocean views across Ala Moana Beach Park.  Now there are only 6 units in the building on the market and there is not one unit listed for under $2million. UPDATE:  May 24, 2014 Units 5G and 15A just sold for $2million and $2.8 million respectively. Unit 15A represents the highest price for an A unit since 28A sold for $3,118,000 in January 2013.  In addition, unit 6F has had a price reduction.  This unique ‘F’ floor plan has and asking price of $2.25 million. UPDATE:  May 19, 2014 Units 19G and 29G both have sold for $2.2 million and $2.44 million respectively.  The prices for the Hokua units continue to rise.  Now, unit 6F is also on the market.  The ‘F’ floor plans are very popular.  Many love these Diamond Head facing units because they have less direct sun exposure.  Unit 6F has an asking price of $2,338,000. UPDATE:  April 28, 2014 Hokua condo units #27F and #22B are for sale today.  Unit #27f is a little bit of a rarity because not many ‘F’ unit s have come up for sale.  This is a popular 2 bedroom, 2bath floor pal.  Listed at $2,790,000, it has views of Diamond Head, Magic Island and the Waikiki Skyline.  The unit is beautifully cared for and has been upgraded with Travertine floors.  Meanwhile unit #22B is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath.  This unit comes fully furnished and has many built-ins including closet systems and a large wine fridge.  This unit has an asking price of $2,480,000.  Both of these being higher floors and popular floor plans likely will sell fairly quickly. UPDATE:  April 23, 2014 Hokua condo unit #15A just came on the market. A large 3 bedroom unit with 2 and a half baths, the unit is in impeccable condition. Therea re beautiful ocean and sunset views from this spacious unit and they are asking $2,850,000.  So six units only remain on the market at the Hokua condos. The wonderfully remodeled unit 5G just went under contract today. Condo 5G has been updated with a new look. Added materials included white quartz counter tops and rosewood cabinetry and finish work which gives the unit a more modern feel. The original price for this Luxury condominium was $2.588 million and now it  is down to a much more reasonable price of $2.25 million. Units 29c, 29G and 19G have accepted contracts on them recently. In addition to the chart below, Unit 31C, which was on the market for less than 30 days received an accepted offer which had a list price of $2,150,000.  Unit 29C has also had a price reduction from $2.35 million to $2.25 million.
